As a small nonprofit, we personally manage the packaging, processing, and fulfillment of items held in our physical inventory. Other items are fulfilled via print-on-demand partners, which helps us expand offerings without overburdening our small team.

Please note:

• Shipping costs shown at checkout include both shipping and handling.
  This covers postage as well as the cost of materials, insurance (if applicable), and the labor involved in preparing and processing your order — especially for items we handle in-house.

• Shipping rates, particularly for international orders, are set by carriers and are unfortunately out of our control.
  We’ve experienced ongoing increases in shipping costs, which have affected both our team and our customers.

• To help offset this, we work hard to keep merchandise pricing affordable.

• Your purchase directly supports our mission and helps preserve and share the DC-3 legacy around the world.
